This work is politically neutral. We do not monitor lawful political activity, opinion, campaigning, journalism, or affiliation, and we do not conduct political surveillance or opposition research.
Our work addresses behaviour and indicators associated with threats to the safety and security of individuals, their staff, and their families.
Correspondence, messages, and contact directed at the individual, constituency or district staff, and offices are captured, triaged, and assessed against consistent criteria.
Fixated individuals often present over long periods and through multiple channels. Continuity of record allows genuine escalation to be distinguished from persistent but non-threatening contact.
Announced appearances, surgeries, town halls, conferences, and campaign events are supported with intelligence on venue context, publicly signalled intent, and known persons of interest.
Particular attention is given to indicators associated with movement from online expression toward physical approach: stated intent, travel, reconnaissance-style interest, and specificity about location or timing.
Impersonation accounts, coordinated campaigns with a security dimension, and exposure affecting family members are assessed where appropriate and authorised.
Where intelligence indicates a threat to safety, it is prepared for the relevant security team, parliamentary or governmental security function, legal advisers, platforms, or law enforcement. We support those channels; we do not substitute for them.
